We begin at $3,000 for our Wedding Videography Services, with some of our Couples investing up to $5,000. We offer add-ons such as a Wedding Story Film (longer length video), Drone Footage, Full Recordings of Speeches, Dances and the Ceremony, with additional hours and much more. A Travel Fee may also be added unto the final costs, depending where your Wedding will be located and if we would require a night stay. However, we email an "Investment Guide" detailing all this information, once we receive your Inquiry Form.

Every "package" is unique and will ultimately be curated to the add-ons you select. However, our baseline "Signature Package" includes the Highlight Film (2-4min), Eight Hours of Coverage and a Beautifully Personalized USB Giftbox are included without any additional costs.

A Highlight Film is the ‘highlights’ of the beautiful Couple and their Wedding Day. With scenes of getting ready, details, the vows/letters, first look(s), snip-bits of the Ceremony, Dances, Speeches and the special in-between moments. These are usually two to four minutes in length (one song, so it varies), typically focusing on the Couple, their moments & details.

In full transparency, this type of Film will not include a full length recording of the Ceremony or any Dances or Speeches (you can select full versions of these as add-ons). We recommend this type of film for Couples who are looking for a simple, yet very elegant recap of their special day, starring them. This will include the best and most fulfilling moments from the Wedding Day. Additionally, we do recommend at least six hours of coverage to ensure we film and capture all of your desired moments from your incredible event.

A Wedding Story Film is a longer version of a “Highlight Film” but with two "separate" sections (there's an option to select two songs). This will feature more in-depth aspects that goes beyond the Couple and includes more of dances, speeches, bridal party, your guests with even more details/angles that will ultimately result in more footage. These are usually four to six minutes in length (about two songs) with a portion being intimate and romantic to the second portion being more fun with friends and family.

We recommend this type of film for Couples who desire to be more involved in the post-production aspect, who has specific requests for filming during their Wedding. Additionally, we do recommend at least ten hours of coverage to ensure we’re there to film every desired moment, especially with this greater length film.

With weekends being booked one after another, sharing time with our loved ones and overall allowing ourselves some time to unwind after constant filming during the busy Wedding Season, which we were oh so lucky to have been apart of, time is needed to beautifully craft each and every single film.

That's why our timeline is up to nine months from your Wedding Date for all of your deliverables to be completed. We kindly ask for your patience, warmth & understanding if any delays (life, sickness, emergencies) were to occur during your Timeline of completion. Not to worry though, we will communicate monthly with each other and will do our very best to response within two days (not including weekends, unless urgent) from your message.

We're registered with our business name, we have equipment and liability insurance, high-end video equipment, we pay annual costs of domain hosting of our Website, business email & cards as well as having social media presence.

We are based in Central NY, and love to travel to nearby cities. However, we never limit ourselves to where our Couples are located! And since each and every Wedding is so unique, Travel Costs will ultimately differ from type of transportation (personal vehicle or airfare), to how many miles and night stay(s) for a hotel. If roundtrip (by car) is over four hours, we will require at least one night stay. But we do ensure to be as reasonable as we possibly can when it comes down to estimating traveling costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Raw Footage.

We know there’s blogs out there that gives tips like “make sure your Videographer includes raw footage in your package” for you to essentially receive everything you could possibly get from your Wedding Day. Sadly, raw footage — in another words is unfinished work. (e.g.) Would you ask your Photographer to not only deliver your finished Wedding photos but all of the raw ones (unedited versions) as well? Regardless of the answer, we promise you won’t go back to view each and every single clip that's either shakey, poor lighting, flat colors, bad angles, etc. We take pride in not only Day Of filming but also Post-Production work that we work countless hours in editing to deliver you your very perfect Wedding Film.
